Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Organic Whole Grain Flour
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt (Optional)
  • Extra Flour for Sprinkling
  • Rolling Pin (or Substitute with a Clean Empty Wine Bottle)
  • Spatula
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Grab dough with hands. Squeeze and knead dough until it is evenly mixed. (Use flour on your hands to prevent dough from sticking to your fingers)
  3. Separate dough into 4 parts and roll into 4 small balls.
  4. Lightly Sprinkle flour on flat surface and place one ball of dough down and flatten with hands.
  5. Use roller to evenly roll out ball into a small sized circle.
  6. Roll from center of the ball outward, Roll a small section at at time vs rolling all the way across in one swipe. If the dough starts sticking to roller sprinkle a tiny bit of flour on dough.
  7. Heat Stainless Steel Pan on Med-High Heat (Do not grease pan with any oil or butter)
  8. Add Tortilla to pan and leave sit for about 30 seconds, Stay and watch tortilla you may see air bubbles appear or once outer edges appear slightly plumper then it's time to flip tortilla over. If you see brown spots that is fine, but you don't want these spots to burn.
  9. Wait another 30 seconds and watch tortilla before removing from pan.
  10. Repeat steps 1-8 for next 3 tortillas.
